DEDICATED TO DEVELOPING YOUTH ON AND OFF THE WRESTLING MAT
Scorpion Wrestling Club
Established in 1992, the Scorpion Wrestling Club brings together young athletes from the Greater New Orleans metro area who share the goal of achieving excellence in the sport of wrestling. This common goal unites Scorpion students in friendship and camaraderie as they invest countless hours of training and sacrifice together. It is the relentless pursuit of this goal, and a commitment to bringing their absolute best, that distinguishes these young athletes from their competition.
The Scorpion Wresting Club was the first and is the longest tenured youth wrestling club in the state of Louisiana. Wrestlers at the Scorpion Wrestling Club develop solid technique and competitive mental composure on the mat, along with the confidence, leadership, self-discipline, and strong work ethic needed for success in life. The alumni of the Scorpion Wrestling Club include National Champions, All-Americans, Collegiate Wrestlers, State Champions, and State Placers.
The Scorpion Wrestling Club instructional program is divided into 3 individual sessions throughout the year with a coaching staff and curriculum designed for both beginner and experienced wrestlers
